    Estes Park is a small tourist-based town near the Rocky Mountain National Park of Colorado. While the town's economy booms during summer, the shoulder seasons and winter bring a massive slowdown to the town. Shops struggle with drawing the less than 10K full-time residents into the shops during the off-season.  

    Inkwell&Brew requested marketing strategy assistance to support their efforts to draw locals into downtown and out of winter cabin hibernation. Together we identified some of their strengths, like atmosphere, location, second floor sitting area. Through surveys, we also determined that locals are actually quite willing to go downtown. They are waiting on businesses to put together compelling events. Given Inkwell's space and product (coffee/beverages), a brand-right event that would lure locals to the coffeeshop would be a regularly-occurring trivia night. We discussed pricing strategy and graphic design/market drivers.
