Culture Guide Recruiting and Retention Tool for New Employees

    I worked with the leadership team at Chick-fil-A locations in both Fort Collins and Timnath. They were in need of a graphic tool to help engage current and future employees by relating company history, leadership biographies, importance of customer service excellence, and brand identifiers.

    Brand guidelines (font, colors, layout, logo usage) were researched and maintained for the creation of the document. Photoshop and InDesign software used in the making of this document. Pre-press arrangements were made before passing final document to staff. Sample pages from document shown.
